What is non-linear learning?

Our XR training curriculums are built for experiential learning, with three stages to support skill progression:                              

Stage 1: Tutorial Mode

Learning through passive observation of topic expert alongside interactive knowledge tests and action prompts.

Stage 2: Practice Mode

AI-supported non-linear process where trainees are encouraged to build their own solutions to the given problem, and repeat scenarios of increasing complexity.g

Stage 3: Testing Mode

 Blended assessments of random task problems tailored to trainee ability, with only contextual support. Performance is analysed for updated learning objectives.

Can I measure
Trainee performance?

Analytics measures both qualitative and quantitative aspects of the training, such as proficiency, precision of approach, quality and timeliness of delivery, and aspects such as behavioural and psychological attributes.

The training evaluation data is saved against an individual unique user profile and is used to deliver a tailored, non-linear and adaptive learning.
