i3 Simulations is proud to have collaborated with SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute of Medical Simulation (SIMS) on the development of their i3 Hub. The i3 Hub has been designed as a state-of-the-art facility to provide immersive and interactive learning experiences to healthcare professionals. The recently published article titled “Not just for fun” in Singapore Health magazine sheds light on the unique features of the i3 Hub and the benefits of incorporating serious games in healthcare training.

The serious games available on the platform have been carefully curated by experienced healthcare professionals and are customised to incorporate real-life scenarios.

Through repetitive practice and immersive learning experiences, healthcare professionals are exposed to engaging and interactive learning aimed at improving patient care. The serious games in the SIMS i3 Hub provide learners with a safe space to practise and hone their skills, making them better equipped to perform procedures on patients in real life. The i3 Hub’s approach and pedagogy fit well with the new generation of healthcare professionals, who are well-versed in various digital technologies.
