CLiC was established with the aim of inspiring members of the McGill Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences community to conceive and develop innovative ideas that have a direct and positive impact on healthcare, both in Canada and globally.

PeTIT VR (Pediatric Trauma Innovative Training) is a ground-breaking virtual reality course designed to enhance the skills of healthcare students and providers in pediatric trauma care. By leveraging the immersive and interactive nature of virtual reality technology, PeTIT VR provides a unique and effective training experience that elevates the quality of care and safety provided to pediatric trauma patients.
The esteemed team members, including Fabio Botelho, MD from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at McGill University, Dan Poenaru, MD from the Experimental Surgery department, Elena Guadagno, MLIS from the Division of Pediatric Surgery at Montreal Children’s Hospital, and Hamed Ranjbar, MSc from the Experimental Surgery department, have collectively demonstrated their passion, expertise, and dedication to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative simulation training.
